1. Raw Material Sources and Standards
Core raw materials are sourced from globally renowned chemical companies (such as XX Chemical and XX Group). We use virgin UPVC resin with a purity of ≥99.5%, rejecting recycled or regenerated materials.
All raw materials are tested by authoritative organizations such as SGS and ISO, and comply with GB/T 5761-2018, "Suspension-Processed General-Purpose Polyvinyl Chloride Resin," ensuring uniform resin molecular weight distribution and an impurity content of ≤0.1%.
2. Scientifically Formulated Auxiliary Materials
We use imported antioxidants, stabilizers, UV inhibitors, and other auxiliary materials, with strictly controlled additive dosage (for example, stabilizer addition is accurately maintained at 0.3%-0.5%). This ensures the product's resistance to aging and degradation while preventing the release of harmful substances.
Virgin UPVC The high purity of the resin and the scientific ratio of the auxiliary materials directly determine the corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and sanitary safety of the pipeline.
